Within the first quarter, we were able to gain new distribution at major retailers such as Publix, Kroger, and Albertson’s, drive awareness within key markets, and set up the brand for continued success.

With the launch of our award-winning plant-based steak, I executed a omnichannel marketing campaign and exceeded benchmarks, reaching 2.5 Million potential customers, 10% Click-through rate, and drove new to brand customers with high lifetime value.

Our marketing team had a natural gravitation towards working in silos which led to inefficiencies within the workflow. I implemented an agile sprint marketing approach to foster better organization and collaboration between team members.
Sprint Goal
Execute a focused regional campaign to drive stagnant sales of our noodle kits at Costco.
Results
I divided the project into smaller, more manageable tasks with our Marketing Director, Graphic Designer, and Digital Specialist. Although there were some hurdles within the 2-week sprint, we were able to set goals as a team and provide more transparency into each others tasks. With limited resources, we were able to set up sponsored ads on Instacart and partner with an influencer to promote our product during this key time-frame. As a result, we sold through inventory with a 10x ROAS and adopted an always-on strategy for other products on the platform.
